Neal Sherman, President & CEO: Neal founded TAG two decades ago as a Project Management firm supporting Consumer Products companies. His career highlights include a position at the White House and roles in marketing at Kraft-General Foods. Neal has a Bachelors degree from American University; an MBA from New York University; and, studied Economics at the University of London. He has been an adjunct Professor of Marketing and frequent speaker about trends in the Retail and Restaurant Industry. Neal has a strong commitment to helping others including roles with the Children's Cancer Foundation and Gilda’s Club. A native of the Finger Lakes, he is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). YPO is a global organization of over 20,000 business leaders in 100 countries. The combined revenue of this organization makes it equivalent to the fifth largest economy in the world. He was Chapter Chair, Founder and Chair of the YPO Food Industry Network and currently Chairman of the YPO Global Leadership Conference for the 2009 Miami Conference.
Bob Tassone, Chief Operating Officer: Bob joined TAG in 1995 bringing the organization over 20 years experience in driving business goals, aligning financials goals, leading operational growth, building start-ups, managing turnaround efforts, and maximizing business opportunities. He has a strong background in client development, marketing and sales, as well as consumer products distribution. He has worked for a number of private companies with positions that encompass COO, Vice President, VP Sales, Director of Operations, Comptroller and more. He has worked within the Travel Industry, Restaurant Industry, Retail Industry and Financial Industry. He previously helped launch two national firms in the travel industry; Cruises, Inc. and Expovision. A native of Syracuse, NewYork, he studied at Syracuse University. He also has held past and present Advisory Board positions for startup organizations.
David Graham, Controller: David joined the firm in 2006 bringing over 8 years of public accounting and financial discipline. Before joining The Advantage Group, David was employed by Davie Kaplan Chapman & Braverman, P.C. In this senior role, David worked with a variety of clients including tax, auditing, and consulting for distribution, construction, and non-profit industries. David has a B.S. in Accounting from Nazareth College with Dean’s list honors.
Mark Krystofik, Regional Director of Operations: Mark joined TAG in 2007 bringing the organization over 20 years of experience in operational management and industrial engineering. His extensive manufacturing and engineering experience has enabled him to develop systems and methodologies to increase revenues and enhance performance, including lean and ISO Design. Before joining The Advantage Group, Mark was employed by Retrotech Incorporated as a Senior Operations Manager responsible for engineering, manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, customer service sales, and field operations. Mark has an M.S., Industrial Engineering from State University of NY at Buffalo, B.S. Industrial Engineering from State University of NY at Buffalo, and B.S. Mathematics from State University of NY at Fredonia.
